Balance Classes

Our weekly balance classes take place at Sturfit Gym on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Our Tuesday balance and movement class involves movement to music with the addition of some props, whereas our Wednesday classes are more gentle for those with more limited ability wishing to improve their balance and general mobility. The schedule is as follows:

Tuesday: 11am - 11.30am.
Wednesday: 11.15am to 11.45am & 12.00pm to 12.30pm with a coffee morning running alongside the classes.

The classes are wonderful for wellbeing, and also offer the chance to meet people, make local connections and form friendships.

Each session is hosted by qualified and experienced instructors, and offered on a pay as you go weekly fee of £5. To book your place please e-mail info@acnorthdorset.org.uk or call 01258 475582.
Foot Clinics

We host a weekly foot care clinic, every Thursday at our Sturminster Newton office. Enjoy superior quality care in a safe, friendly and welcoming environment with complimentary fresh coffee, tea and biscuits.

Our highly qualified foot care practitioner, who is also a registered nurse, carries out a detailed initial consultation and treatment, in order to assess your needs, and recommend an ongoing treatment programme.
We welcome new clients, and do our best to meet local demand. Please contact us for prices, further information, or to make a booking.
