Examples:

Digital TV - unlike the old analogue TV system, digital TV needs regular re-tuning to ensure that all the available channels can be received

Audio & Video equipment - although modern equipment of this type can achieve excellent results, it is often difficult to connect, set up or operate, and you may be unaware of useful features such as subtitles and audio description

Door Bells - many modern doorbells use wireless communication, which can be unreliable due to either interference or a weak signal if the bell is too far from the door

Telephones - gone are the days when the only control on a telephone was the dial. Let us know if you are terrified by your telephone!
